The N-Line is Hyundai’s high performance sub brand. The standard engine is a turbocharged 2.0-liter inline-four with 275 horsepower and the suspension will be stiffened for sharper handling. Many are estimating that this vehicle will hit 60 mph in about 5.6 seconds. Which is 0.3 seconds quicker than the previous model.
Unlike the previous 6-speed manual, the new 2021 model is said to have an eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. There are quicker shifts and steering-wheel-mounted paddle shifters. A previous performance package also comes standard. This includes extra horsepower, electronic limited-slip differential, 19-inch wheels and summer performance tires, variable exhaust-valve system, and upgraded brakes.

The drive modes available are Eco, Normal, Sport, and N. The interior is comfortable and features easy to reach controls. Leather is featured on the steering wheel and the shift knob. There are LED shift lights on the instrument cluster. The Veloster N comes with a standard 8.0-inch touch screen infotainment system and an Infinity premium audio system. The system has seven speakers plus a sub woofer. This vehicle is also Apple CarPlay and Android Auto capable.
